Antica dimora is in Monteroni d’Arbia, a small town among the  ‘Crete senesi’ district, about 12 kilometres from Siena - a medieval,  historical city, well-known for ‘The Palio’’-and along the ancient route ‘Via Francigena’. The house is located in a quiet area in the historical town centre. Antica dimora offers an apartment with garden.

The apartment, about 45 square metres, is on the ground floor of the palace and has antique furniture and a ceiling with the beams showing. The large kitchen/living room is an open space that gives onto the garden. It has a fully furnished kitchenette with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, a kettle, a beautiful,  huge marble sink and the necessary kitchen implements. 

In the room there are  also a large table and a sofa-bed. Next to the living room there is a  bedroom with a double bed,  a single bed, a small sofa, a wardrobe, a desk and an original console used as a shelf for a TV-set.

The bathroom has got  shower, toilet, washbasin, a mirror, hairdryer.

The garden, large, completely fenced  and well kept, decorated with some 19th century vases (giare), has  got a  gazebo with  a table, some chairs and deck-chairs, a wood-fired oven and a barbecue – (the oven and barbecue can be used on request, wood is  on sale ). There is an area where to hang out the washing and park the car;  access is from the house or from the street.
